Bri (Davies) Price has been an active athlete and sports enthusiast her entire life. She played on the USA National Field Hockey team for 2 years, and played Field Hockey for the University of Maryland for 4 years. Bri brings a lot of strength and agility expertise which she learned from the top professionals in the country while training at the Olympic Training Center.
Bri now specializes in strength and agility enhancement in young athletes, weight loss and nutrition, strength training, cardiovascular training, and core training for clients of varying ages and fitness levels. She has expertise in training any fitness level, varying from clients who are looking to lose weight to clients who are looking to run a marathon or train for a specific sport.
She is very excited to start training you! Bri is very passionate about what she does, and is always looking for a new client to help. The main goal is to get healthy, have more energy, feel better, and live a better lifestyle all together! Bri will help you achieve all of these goals with her high energy, and motivating training style.
