MEAL TIMING MATTERS: CONSTANT SNACKING VS INFREQUENT FEASTING

Are the following statements correct?

  • “Don’t eat carbs after 6pm, you’ll store fat while you sleep.”
  • “Eat little and often to ‘boost’ metabolism.”
  • “Eat like a king for breakfast, it’s the most important meal of the day.”

They sound plausible enough. There’s some rationale there. You’ve heard them before.
