Dieting sucks. Those who tell you they actually enjoy steamed broccoli actually make me sad. You don’t have to use self-denial to succeed. And of course, you probably already know that you can’t eat whatever you like in the quantities you like and expect to lose fat. I mean there isn’t any food you have to get rid of, but the bulk of your diet will have to come from nutritious food, or there won’t be much in your plate.
