Lori Barnes

Lori comes to Personal Fitness with over 7 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. What began as a personal healthy lifestyle change, turned into a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Lori believes in a well-rounded fitness program, which includes cardiovascular, strength, core, and flexibility exercises. She currently holds Certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF), Sports Nutrition Specialist (NCSF), and Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE). Lori is dedicated to designing a program that will challenge and match the needs of each client. She works with clients of all ages and fitness levels, offering both individual and small group training options.

Along with Personal Training, Lori specializes in Group Fitness Training. She has worked with some of the top names in the fitness industry, including Billy Blanks and Jari Love. Lori holds Master Certifications in both Tae Bo® Fitness and Get RIPPED!®
