Normal Hunger is Normal
The formula for fat loss, at its base, is very simple:

Eat fewer calories than you need.

Obviously there are some intricacies beyond this — like where those calories should come from, how many you might need, and when you should eat them — but adjusting your calories downward if you want to lose body fat is a must.
